Returns & Exchanges
At Milk & Blush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair extensions; however, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the security seal remains intact and the product is in its original condition. If you are not happy with your shade or length, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Check the Security Seal
Before opening your package, ensure the shade is a perfect match through the transparent window; once the gold security seal is broken, the extensions cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- 2.Register Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- 3.Package Your Items
Place the extensions back in their original packaging and secure them in a protective mailing bag, ensuring you include your completed returns form inside the parcel.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at your local post office or designated courier point; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse for processing.
